IFCout was the first plugin to Export AutoCAD Plant3d to IFC files. Over nearly 4 years, IFCout has improved tremendously to cover most of the complexity that Plant3D components have. IFCout exports XREFs without opening them. IFCout exports single drawings and a batch of many drawings.
IFCout Cloud uses the same IFC generating engine of IFCout plugin but runs outside of AutoCAD in a batch. It also exports to IFC from drawings on both the local machine and on the cloud. The exported IFC files can also be targeted to your local machine and on the cloud. IFCout Cloud can be set to run on schedules automatically and repeatedly.
IFCout and IFCout Cloud export to IFC4 and IFC 2x3. They export graphics as well as data including user attributes for Advanced Steel.
